Creating a daily practice can serve to enhance your recovery, quiet your mind and embrace a new lifestyle. Our programs at Shea Tree Center combine tenets and teachings from Prakriti’s Way yoga, meditation, breath work, connection with nature and more. Incorporating shared teachings from indigenous cultures helps you expand your connection to the person next to you and to the greater world. Time spent in expressive writing and sharing circles affords the chance to practice honesty and vulnerability in a safe environment.
