Healing Martial Arts

Sally Rubin shared her journey of how martial arts guided her progress. Participants gained an understanding of how martial arts, and their guiding philosophies can us help develop greater awareness of self and our surroundings. 

Sound Healing

Shea Tree Center began offering Sound Healing sessions in the fall of 2022.  These events have been incredibly well received and attendees share how soothing and calming they find these experiences.

Dream Awareness

Shea Tree Center hosted a workshop to teach Dreamtracking®.  Participants learned about the Dreamtracking® framework that focuses on better understanding of dreams and the subconscious.  Members of the Tracking Project collaborated with Shea Tree Center to deliver this series.  

Shea Tree Center Retreats

Join us for two-, three-, or seven-day retreats held in person across the year.   Retreats are held at a variety of locations including the Shea Tree Center in New York as well as other locations around the globe.

During these multi-day events, you will enjoy a greater depth of practice and learning in all areas offered by Shea Tree Center.  All retreats are held in a location that is working in harmony with nature and the world around us.
