Join us for our weekend retreat!
We will focus on grounding during times of change and transition.
Retreat begins on Friday at 4 o’clock and ends on Sunday after lunch.
You will learn tools and practices to help you keep your serenity on track. The weekend is dedicated to helping you develop your spiritual life and deepen your inner strength. You will work on stress reduction, breath work, meditation, grounding techniques, self-expression, and more. Enjoy a weekend of healing practices in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature.

Choose to camp under the stars or relax in pristine lodging on the serene property, surrounded by scenic hiking trails and lush nature. Enjoy access to peaceful interactions with horses, as well as luxurious amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and steam room.
Indulge in homemade meals made from organic, fresh, GMO-free ingredients that support alkalinity, along with soothing teas and nourishing foods for your body.

Retreat Leaders
Lisa Bennett Silverman is a yoga teacher and wellness expert with 30+ years of experience, specializing in therapeutic approaches to healing, addiction recovery, and more.
She became a yoga teacher through private training with ISHTA Master Yogiraj Alan Finger and is widely recognized for her appearances on the Yoga Zone TV shows and their line of videos. Rated as the "best high energy in the country" by Allure Magazine, Lisa’s classes and teachings transform yoga into a path to self-acceptance and spiritual meaning.
As the former co-director of the Mind-Body Therapy Department at Health, Lisa co-developed a 1,000-hour therapeutic yoga teacher training certification program. After an extensive career of writing, developing, producing, and starring in over 23 retail videos, Lisa has fully committed herself to the spiritual and physical embodiment of healing for recovering addicts and the preservation of indigenous wisdom through Shea Tree Center. Annie Jubb is a pioneer in bio-based nutrition and has been paving the way for the living food lifestyle and the revolutionary raw diet trend that has swept across North America since 1989.
As an educator, author, and business owner, Annie is widely recognized as a world authority on detoxifying the body and cell rejuvenation.
Annie taught extensively, with her weekly live lecture series running in Manhattan from 1991 to 2000. She is the author of LifeFood Recipe Book: Living on Life Force (2003) and Secrets of an Alkaline Body: The New Science of Colloidal Biology (2004).
In 1998, she purchased The Raw Experience, a raw, organic, vegan, full-service restaurant in San Francisco. Within 10 months, she transformed it from a money-losing business into a successful, money-making establishment and then sold it back to the original owner.
Dayna Bauman is a Tulane Law School graduate with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law and has been working as an advocate for a variety of artists.
Working for New York’s Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, she combines her legal expertise with a passion for supporting musicians and artists, using her knowledge of intellectual property law to assist them in navigating legal affairs.
In addition to her legal work, Dayna has a strong interest in yoga and its role in trauma and addiction recovery. She is dedicated to building a community centered around peace and happiness. As part of this community, she leads workshops on Dream Writing, teaching participants how to use journaling to manifest their dreams.
Hope G. Turino, LCSW-R is a Licensed Certified Psychotherapist with 33 years of clinical experience and has been integrating advanced EMDR Level II training into her practice since 2000.
Hope studied at prestigious institutions, including the Smith College School for Social Work, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapies Studies Center. In addition to her foundational training, she has specialized in family therapy, modern analysis, substance abuse/addictions, and somatic experiencing (trained by Peter Levine, PhD). For the past 15 years, Hope has also immersed herself in mindfulness and meditation through the Ridwan School, known for its Diamond Heart Approach to self-realization, as taught by A.H. Almaas.
In 2010, Hope combined her love for horses with her therapeutic work by training and becoming certified in the Eagala Method of "at liberty" (on-the-ground, non-riding) equine therapy. She completed her training in Phoenix, AZ (Part I), and Havre de Grace, MD (Part II). This unique approach allows her to bring the healing power of horses into her therapeutic practice, helping clients achieve deeper emotional insight and growth.
